The Onega release mixes hip-hop beats, electronics and authentic instruments. In particular: recordings of the Solovetsky choir, Bulgarian and Pomeranian tunes, Scandinavian talkharpa (bowed instrument) and Carpathian kalyuk (flute) are sampled. The bass parts are played on a Dreadbox Typhon analog synthesizer, assembled in Greece. On the mini-album, published on Label Cantroll, there is a place for both ancient Russian melancholy and ritual dance melodies.
